Born and raised in Wilmington, Buddy started in real estate in 1998 at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. He has built and led teams, trained agents and — with his teams — helped thousands and thousands of families across southeastern North Carolina. Today he works exclusively with sellers. UNCW business and computer science graduate.
