Aug 2026I can't say enough great things about Buddy. The guy is a start shooter, very authentic. We chose Buddy as we saw his name on several signs in the neighborhood. Man what a great decision that was. I've worked a lot of realtors over the years, but never have I had one as on top of their game as Buddy. The guy knows the market, knows what works and he did an amazing job of driving the best deal on the property. We had numerous showing the first weekend, under contract within a week closed within about 5 weeks, with a great negotiated deal. That is what you want.

Coordinating and getting us in touch with Great landscaper's, cleaners, etc. This was instrumental to get our house ready for sale while we were so far away. We had some very odd requests as we were working around tenants. I set a very lofty goal to sell our house as quick as possible . He made adjustments easily and quickly for us, kept us informed every step of the way. It was a great experience for how stressful the situation actually was for me. May 2026What could have been a 2 star experience became a 5 star! My husband and I called Buddy's office to sell our house. We were assigned a random realtor who was kind and got the process started for us. We quickly found out, though, that the realtor didn’t communicate with us or others as much as was needed, nor was proactive. We would have showings of the house and feedback surveys and never get any follow up from our realtor, and we doubted if he followed up with potential buyers. Our house sat for several weeks and we discussed with him the urgency in selling our house and needing a realtor to have a go-getter attitude. The conversation went well but after a week of no change, we called the office to find a new realtor. I asked for Buddy himself after seeing countless positive reviews about him. I had a wonderful discussion with him and he thanked me for giving his office a second chance to sell our house. Buddy was quick to jump in, be hands- on, and right the wrong. From the start he was very communicative, friendly, experienced, driven, and innovative. Within a week of him jumping in and making changes, we had an offer on the house and were under contract. I can’t thank Buddy enough for his tireless work to make our house more desirable and for communicating with us every step of the way. We would recommend Buddy to anyone selling their home!! He took the blame for any shortcomings we experienced and worked hard to help us have a positive experience. We have a lot of respect for people that acknowledge issues and rectify them.
