2. The Listing Coordinators for Photography, Home Inspections, Creating your Home Flyer and Listing Your Home on the MLS. They also follow up with outstanding feedback from showing appointments.

3. The Listing Agent monitors feedback from showing appointments to facilitate offers.  She analyzes market activity, procures and negotiates offers and negotiates repairs if needed after a Home Inspection. Once a contract has been signed by both parties, The Closing Department begins the closing process.

4. The Closing Department is the one who gets you to the Closing Table! They work closely with the Attorney's office, Buyer's Agent and lender to ensure that you have the most up to date information on your file. They have closed thousands of homes and are experts in getting you to closing!
