Wilmington Home Sales Data 1Qtr 2009 Now Posted
I just posted the first quarter 2009 sales data for the greater Wilmington area and it continues to show a shrinking inventory trend, with the number of months supply of inventory decreasing significantly. Some price ranges now have around 6 months, which is half of what they were 12 months ago. No doubt the 4.5% mortgage rates, $8,000 Stimulus offer and popularity of Wilmington is adding fuel to the fire.
