The HeartsApart Charity Tournament, Rescheduled!

Due to rain, the new date for the HeartsApart Charity Golf Tournament is Thursday, June 6th. This means there's still time for new sponsors and new players. The tournament is presented by Land Rover Cape Fear and provides a 4-person Captain's Choice Tournament with raffle prizes, prizes for winning teams, on course competitions, a hole-in-one prize and so much more. Over $3,500 in prizes will be given out including gift certificates to 17 different golf courses, a half-day fishing charter and more!

The Course - Cape Fear National

The tournament will held at Cape Fear National, which is one of the newest courses in Wilmington. This 18-hole championship course provides a beautiful setting within the Brunswick Forest. It's just ten minutes from downtown Wilmington and only 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach, which makes it accessible for everybody in the area.

Recently, the course was named as one of the "Top 10 Best Courses You Can Play in NC" by Golfweek. If you've never played this course, the HeartsApart Charity Tournament gives you the perfect excuse to enjoy the beauty and challenge of Cape Fear National.

As you wind your way through the forest, you will enjoy plenty of challenge with water and tree-lined fairways throughout the course. There's water on nearly every hole and many of the fairways feature a thick forest on one or both sides. The course measures over 7,200 yards from the back tees and provides five different tee stations for all types of skill levels.

Entry for the Tournament

Playing the course is one of the benefits of entering the charity golf tournament on June 6th. Teams of four can enter for $375. This takes care of your green fees, cart, range balls, dinner and you even get a raffle ticket. A goody bag is part of the entry fee and with your dinner you can enjoy the awards banquet, as well.
