Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! As we head into 2026, I’m excited to share that we just launched our new website, and we’re bringing back our guaranteed sale program. 

As the year draws to a close, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 

This time of year always reminds me how fast life moves. One moment, we’re sitting around the table enjoying good food, card games, and time with family. Then we blink and a new year is here with new plans and big decisions. If you’re thinking about selling your home next year, now is the time to get ready. Most people make the mistake of waiting too long, and I want to help you avoid that.

I’m excited to share that we just launched a brand new website, and it’s built to make your real estate goals easier to navigate. You can search for homes, check market updates, and see what your home might be worth. 

One feature I’m excited about is the home value tool. It gives you three different models, including Zillow’s formula, plus two more. This gives you a wider range, so you can get a better idea of where you stand with your equity.

We provide accurate CMAs. Online tools are helpful, but they don't give the full picture. They don’t know if you updated your kitchen. They don’t know if you live on the waterfront. Zillow does not pick up those details. This is why a real home value comes from what we call a CMA. 

A CMA uses the same data an appraiser uses. We look at MLS listings, real comps, and we take time to learn about your home. That is something no computer can replace, and it’s something I’m always happy to do.

Why does planning early matter? You might not be thinking about selling until spring or even later, but now is the best time to start the conversation. I’m already talking with many people who want to make a move next year.

When interest rates drop into the 5s, experts say activity is going to pick up fast. Buyers will be out. Homes will move quickly. If you wait until that moment to start getting ready, you will feel rushed. When you plan early, you control the process.

Our guaranteed sale program is back. We also brought back our Guaranteed Sale program. We have not offered it in years because the market moved fast during COVID. Days on market were short. Homes sold with ease.
