New Website Launch

Our team is getting ready to launch a brand new website and look for 2009.  While 2008 was a very challenging year everywhere, our team was able to sale over 250 homes!  Much of our success is due to our incredible team members and our internet marketing, even while most agents and/or companies were cutting back.

As a registered user of buddyblake.com, I wanted to get your input on our new (still finalizing the developerment etc) site that will launch very soon.  Instead of the typical agent branding we have decided to make it as buyer friendly as possible.  We had nearly 1 million visitors in 2008 visit our site and over 87 % were buyers and nealry 70% of those were out of area buyers, so we just want to make it as user friendly as possible.

If you have time please email me (or post a comment) any feedback, comments and suggestions you might have.  The "under development" Beta site is located at https://www.buddyblake.com

Thanks you for your time and we look forward to working with you and your family in the future.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Buddy

Buddy, thank you for continued efforts to provide above average service. I am dealing with a realtor here in New Jersey and I just wish she worked so hard to stay on the cutting edge. Can you list homes in Jersey City, NJ?

I would like to see a category that lists, anxious owners, homes close to forclosures, deals for 1st time homebuyers or for retirees. It would be good if you could add in the listing if the homes are within walking distance to restaurants, stores and beaches.

Awesome, from a palm beach realtor! I just want to know the secrets!!! It is much more simplified which I think is great.

I just quickly reviewed your new website and it is excellent! Quick navigation to exactly where I wanted to go. It is my opinion that most people visiting your site want to see their price range, what they can buy in that range, and use of the map this location to see where it is located in relation to their interests! I was able to view 10 homes in 5 minutes! The only item I believe is missing is a quick link about the quality of education in the area where people are selecting a home. I'm sure the information could be found on other websites but a link could be helpful! This way they can know from just your site all the information they need!

Enjoyed your new web site. very easy to navigate....I still do hope that sometime in the future we can avail ourselves of your services.

Buddy, the new website looks very good. I'm always interested in the prices of homes at the beach (Carolina Beach in particular). I'd like to see a more information on how homes at the beaches are selling and how this new insurance increase will affect these properties. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Not surprised that your new website continues the sense of quality and service that I associate with your team. Loved the subtle red, white & blue motif, lots of accessible info on the home page, incorporating key blog topics on the home page. As a Coldwell Banker broker in the Hudson Valley of NY, I appreciate the efforts that go into a site such as this. All the best with your launch. K.J.

Happy to see a web-site with multiple options not just "buy now".

Liz, GREAT idea about the waterfront / beach front search. I just forwarded to the design company to see if we can get that option. The local MLS systems only allow certain data for us to use... thanks... MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Buddy,
You have fixed several of the things that I did like about your previous site, this site is easier to navigate. The one major item that either is missing or I just could not find it are the room dimensions that were in your old site. That is a very important piece of information that perspective buyers need when either considering a property or comparing different properties.
Thanks
Mike

One suggest I found, that I added to my site was something called "Walk-Score", your clients will love it! I have it on every "details" page!
