The Story Behind the Deal

A year ago, one of our clients owned about fourteen or fifteen lots in a community near Wilmington. A builder approached us wanting to purchase those lots so they could begin building homes.

We helped put the deal together and the builder began constructing several homes right away.

A buyer later discovered our website while searching online for homes in the Wilmington area. Many relocation buyers first find us this way while researching life on the North Carolina coast.

Everything was lining up perfectly until the buyer suddenly lost the job that was bringing him to Wilmington.

The deal looked like it was about to fall apart.

The Lesson

Sometimes things appear to fall apart, but if you slow down, ask questions, and keep working the problem, solutions can appear where you least expect them.
