Yesterday, the Buddy Blake Team was named the 2008 Team of the Year by Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty in Wilmington, NC.
Justin Ash, onsite agent at The Willows, was named the Top New Homes Agent of 2008 and Courtney Pridgen, onsite agent at Courtney Pines, was named the Runner Up.
