Howard grew up in Wilmington and has always possessed a tremendous love for the area.  Although he was far too often drawn to the beautiful beaches, he managed to find time to operate three successful businesses downtown as well as enjoy a rewarding career working with seniors in the community.  Howard’s musical talents were experienced by many during his years as music minister at his church.  Utilizing his expertise of the area, he displays a knack for finding the perfect home for his clients.
