Erik Hoffacker - Seller's Specialist
I moved back to the right coast with my wife, Lisa, and son, Brady, a few years ago. Lisa and I have since had twin daughters, Shea and Dylan, and we are loving every minute in Wilmington. I was educated at East Carolina University and have a unique set of skills to help sellers sell their primary home, investment property or second home. I enjoy working with sellers to achieve their goals and building relationships for life. I joined the Buddy Blake Team in January 2005 as a Buyer’s Agent and changed roles to become a Seller’s Broker in 2007. During my time on the team, I have sold over 120 properties. In my free time, I like spending as much time outside playing as I can and photography. In fact, some of my pictures are in the slide show on the web site.
