With the incredible low interest rates plus all the fantastic values that builders and developers are offering there is NO REASON NOT TO BUY WILMINGTON, NC NEW HOMES FOR SALE NOW.  If you wait too long the real estate market will pick up and builders will start building homes again, at higher prices.  Even during economic slowdowns land costs rarely go down, so once buiLders start building Wilmington, NC new home communities at an increased rate then the new home PRICES WILL GO UP.   Over the last several months the number of building permits have been down dramatically.  What does that mean to you?  It's very simple... the market will absorb the current new home inventory and when more and more building permits are pulled (which they will) the prices of new homes will be drastically increased.

  • Mill Creek Landing:  Picturesque and cozy neighborhood that sits along Sturgeons Creek in Leland.  Lovely and spacious homesites with nice trees, sidewalks, walking trail and more.  Walk to the creek and launch your own kayak or do a little crabbing or fishing.  New Homes from $140's.  Homes will be ready to move into Feb 09.  Reserve yours today.

  • The Willows:  One of the best selling neighborhoods in the Wilmington area.  Located in the heart of the Leland community, just five minutes from downtown Wilmington, The Willows has new luxury townhomes from the $120's and detached single family homes with garage from the $150's.

  • Village on Eighteen:  One of the best new home golf couse values in the three County area.  The Village on Eighteen is located in Burgaw, a bedroom community of Wilmington.  New homes from the $150's.

  • Woodlake:  Woodlake is located in the popular Monkey Junction area, which is between downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach.  Woodlake will be home to around 250 families and feature a private clubhouse, swimming pool, sidewalks and more.  New homes from the $200's and homesites from the low $100's.

  • Citrus Cove:  Citrus Cove is located in the popular Monkey Junction area, which is between downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach.  Citrus Cove will be home to a cozy thirty-six families and features, sidewalks, streetlights, recreation nooks and more.  Citrus Cove New homes start in the $190's and we only have a select number of home sites remaining. 

  • King's Grant:  King's Grant is actually an established neighborhood with about fifteen home sites that were never built on and now Sanco Homes is buiding gorgeous new cottage homes from the $150's.
