Only Fish Should Use Fish Eyes Ø

Years ago (and still today for most real estate agents) it was common place to use distorted wide lens systems called "fish eye lenses" so that pictures could be taken inside homes which don't always have enough space to really get a good picture.  However, in todays world there are some awesome lenses and technology that we have invested (big bucks) in to make sure we put the very best face on your home possible to the home buyer and/or their REALTOR©.

Go HD Video Or Go Home

whiteheronthumb_250Instead of using old-world stiching technology, fish-eye lenses, powerpoints etc we were early adaptors and implementers of streaming full HD Video of our homes and stories.  We have a full studio with a number of HD video cameras, wired and wired audio imputs, studio lighting, green chroma screens, sound blocking and electonic white boarding.  We also use the latest in MAC software (Final Cut Professional) and employ two graphic and video artists to do all the post production and coding.   Even with all the fancy editing we are capable of we've found the very best and most responded to segments are the non-scripted first take episodes.

YOU Make It Better

sellerinterviewthumb_250As we track our website and tour analytics its become super obvious that involving the home seller in the video script, producting and "keeping it real" nearly doubles the average view time per visitor and when offer to purchases come in we hear via the buyer's REALTOR© that they loved meeting the seller in the video.  Why is this important?  Because when the sellers are onscreen sharing what they love about the home and area plus reasons why they are moving it makes things extremely personal and transparent.  We've already seen instance where this has created a gentler and kinder negotiation because when you put a face and voice to the parties involved its a bit harder to be "difficult" (for most people that is).  SO, ARE YOU READY TO MAKE YOUR FILM DEBUT?
