WOW...who said the market is bad?

Well folks...what a crazy busy weekend so far. There is a ton of buyer activity happening in our Wilmington NC, and surrounding, market. Buyers are putting the pen to the paper and depleating our inventory levels $200,000 and under and making a dent in the $300k - $400k price range. It's supposed to be our busiest time of the selling season afterall.

Who said the market is bad?
