USDA Loan qualification map

I have clients all the time asking about USDA loans and if the properties they are interested in will qualify.  Here is a link to help you see what areas in and around Wilmington will qualify for USDA loans.  Hopefully, most people have talked to their lenders about it already but here it is just in case.
