COLDWELL BANKER SEA COAST REALTY, ASSOCIATES, AND TEAMS RECEIVE PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS AT CONFERENCE

 Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty President Tim Milam has announced that the company, its Wilmington Office, and several agents and teams received annual awards recently at the Coldwell Banker® International Business Conference. The event was held March 1-4 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas and was attended by thousands of Coldwell Banker associates, brokers, managers, executives and employees.

For the Southern Region, which includes 14 states, the company’s Wilmington Office, led by Broker-In-Charge Lenora Norris, was the #1 office as measured by commission income. The Wilmington Office was also the #1 office in the state of North Carolina for the second consecutive year.

Lisa Arroyas of the Brunswick Office was named Rookie of the Year for the 14–state Southern Region for adjusted gross commission income.

The Buddy Blake Team of the Wilmington Office ranked #1 in North Carolina for the second year in a row as measured by commission income. In the 14-state Southern Region, the team ranked #3 in commission income and #4 in total units. Buddy Blake also spoke before sales associates at the recent Coldwell Banker International Business Conference on the topic “Surviving and Thriving in Today’s Real Estate Market”.

The Strickland Team, also of the Wilmington Office ranked #7 in commission income in the Southern Region.

For the ninth consecutive year, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty was recognized as a Chairman’s Circle company. This designation is awarded to companies who attained specific production requirements during the 2008 calendar year. Coldwell Banker Sea Coast is one of only 58 Coldwell Banker companies throughout the world to receive this distinguished award. 

Sea Coast Realty has eight sales offices in Southeastern North Carolina and more than 300 associates.
