More positive news

But, I'm the first to jump on the positives. Here's a good article about the increase in pending contracts in December. Read the entire article here.
Please remember that no one will ring a bell at the bottom of a market down turn and the only way we'll know we're past it is by looking back about 3-4 months. As it looks now, October 2008 was the toughest month last year and things have been progressively getting better.
Now is a great time to buy. Houses are on sale and so is the money you borrow from a lender with rates still in the low 5% range.
