Ugly Website Ratings - Just Launched

A friend of mine and local Wilmingtonian Bill Hunter, who ownes Wilmington Design Company just launched a pretty neat new website where visitors can submit and rank the ugliest websites.  So if you know someone who could really use a "makeover" please submit them.
