It's been a very very busy today in real estate. We have serveral new listings hitting the market this weekend and also just got word that two new homes are ready now from the $120's. Also, we've learned that 100% financing is NOW AVAILABLE for much of our area on homes under $250,000.
Also, I wanted to thank everyone for the kind words we've been receiving about the new radio show I was hosting last night. We are considering doing a weekly radio show to share current market information and other things that may help folks make decisions about moving.
