Well folks...what a crazy busy weekend so far. There is a ton of buyer activity happening in our Wilmington NC, and surrounding, market. Buyers are putting the pen to the paper and depleating our inventory levels $200,000 and under and making a dent in the $300k - $400k price range. It's supposed to be our busiest time of the selling season afterall.

There is a great project in downtown Wilmington called Tanyard Parish and a first of it's kind in that the developer bought the air rights over the parking spaces. I'm not certain what he paid for that but I'm certain it wasn't 300,000 per parking space.
